4. Returns and Refunds: We stand behind the quality of our products and will accept returns of unopened and unused items within our 30 days in-store warranty after purchase. The warranty applies to items with a manufacturing defect and no physical damage. Old School Vapor Co does not warranty items that were damaged by misuse or user error. E-Liquid and other consumable or perishable products are non-refundable if opened or outside 30 days of purchase. MUST HAVE A RECEIPT FOR ANY REFUND OR WARRANTY EXCHANGE.
